Opportunity to join an international green energy developer company as Legal Counsel / Risk Control Manager, based on experience. Job Responsibilities: Support legal matters in project development and project transactions. Responsible for the risk control for the investment of company in power station projects (solar & energy storage projects) , including participation in designing for the project acquisition plan, drafting, negotiation, revision and review of the contracts, risk evaluation and avoidance, project construction supervision etc. Support the business line development teams and the different teams involved in the drafting and negotiation of the documents supporting their activities and the development of the projects, including drafting, negotiating and advice on commercial agreements such as EPC Agreements land options, leases, connection agreements, PPAs, tender documents, etc.; Accompany the projects through financial close, requiring review and drafting of loan agreements, security agreements, common terms agreements, liaising with lenders legal advisors, etc. Research on Italy’s laws, regulations and policies, including company law, investment law, land law, construction law, civil and commercial law and other related laws, photovoltaic and wind power project policies, and the practical operations of relevant laws and regulations. Study the relevant laws and regulations that related to the project and the relative practical operations. Assist and supervise the external law firm to complete the project legal service work. Qualifications 1. Strong legal experience in the renewable or power industry. 2. Strong skills in legal research and writing. 3. Careful and meticulous, adapt to high strength and high-pressure work. Key Skills: * Ability to communicate legal risks and recommendations to senior managers in the company; * Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills; * Proactive and creative legal analysis will be key.
