Position : Field Testing Operator and Equipment Maintenance Technician Sector : Geotechnics, Soil Investigation Workplace : Rome (IT), with possible short business trips abroad Job description : DMT/SDMT/CPT tests on site. Equipment diagnostic, repair and calibration in office Responsibilities : Data collection of DMT/SDMT/CPT data on site Processing of test results Reporting of data to the client Executing diagnostics on the instrumentation used for measurements Required Qualifications : Basic knowledge of English speaking Ability to work in construction site environments Full availability to travel for short trips in Italy and occasionally abroad Availability to obtain a truck driving license (Category C) Basic knowledge of main computer application programs in MS Windows environment, at least Word and Excel Preferred Skills : Truck driving license (Category C) Previous experience in using soil testing equipment Advanced knowledge of English language (speak/read/write) Personal Characteristics : Ability to work in a team and with different professional profiles Skills in equipment diagnostics and problem-solving Ability to maintain a clean, organized and tidy work environment The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and innovative environment and will be trained by our current staff.
