As Recruiter, you will join our Department, conducting the following activities: Management of the job posting process on recruiting platforms Scouting on Linkedin Screening of received CVs Management of interviews with Hiring Manager Management of contacts and feedback with candidates Tracking of selection process within dedicated tools Back office activities following candidate identification Reporting and monitoring of process KPIs Support for the organization of employer branding events, such as internal company events and/or career days Requirements Strong motivation to undertake a professional path in personnel research and selection, with possible involvement in other HR function activities; Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in humanities, economics or social sciences; A Master’s degree in Human Resources is an advantage; Excellent knowledge and use of the Office package; Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2-C1).
