Role Description Our team is seeking an Office Assistant with Accounting Knowledge to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will assist with warehouse inventory, organize documentation, and contribute to the smooth operation of the accounting department. Responsibilities: Inventory Control: Verify and update inventory levels. General Accounting Tasks: Perform general accounting tasks such as recording and issuing invoices and expense reports, maintaining customer and supplier records, etc. Data Entry: Update supply, item, report, and price list files according to procurement policies. Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives within the department. Accounting Support: Provide support for basic accounting tasks. Qualifications Education: A degree in accounting is preferred but not required. Skills: Proficiency in invoicing. Experience with ERP systems is desirable. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite. English language proficiency. Experience: Previous experience in a computerized accounting environment is preferred but not essential.
