We are seeking to hire a talented Mid-senior Middleware Engineer , to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story. What You’ll Do Work collaboratively with different teams to administer and support of application servers through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production system Escalate to certain suppliers on customer’s behalf to try to resolve issues outside of our control, such as bug fix requests Communicate with the customer through formal correspondence Ensure compliance with all technical specifications Application servers health monitoring Organize and provide daily operations and checks Administrative tasks, such as, configuration, installations, deployment, patching and updates, troubleshooting Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field At least 5 years of experience as an Engineer for Application Servers, WebSphere Application server, WebSphere / ActiveMQ, Weblogic, JBoss EAP, Apache and Tomcat on Windows and Unix platforms Strong verbal and written communication abilities Fluent in both Greek and English Open to exploring new areas and acquiring new skills Soft Skills Demonstrates exceptional professionalism, integrity, and accountability Proven skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines Effective team player with strong problem-solving abilities Able to learn quickly, adapt, communicate clearly, and maintain organization Dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction Focus on delivering high-quality results Nice to have Master’s degree in Information Technology or any related field Certifications for all skills Experience with general web technologies (webservers, load balancers, databases, ldap, http protocol, JAVA, html, SSL etc) and designing scripts (Shell, Powershell etc), or application development experience Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience Comprehensive private health insurance Continuous training and professional growth opportunities Certification programs available for major vendor technologies Company-provided laptop and necessary equipment Mobile phone plan provided by the company Candidates should have: Eligibility to work within the EU Fluency in Greek Willingness to work on-site or remote depending on the project/customer InTTrust S.A. is proud to be an equal opportunities workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
