Seniority Level Entry-Level Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek & English Background in technical-related fields Knowledge or experience on integrations/software connections (JSON & XML files, APIs, SFTP) Tech-savvy, hard-working, and a team player Very diligent and able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, operational & communication skills Ability to work well with large datasets Excellent computer skills (especially Excel) Good grasp of IT & technological applications Responsibilities Facilitate communication between Business, Developers and the Sales Team Attend technical meetings with customers and drive them to correct integration specifications Organize, track and maintain new integrations with clients’ systems Cooperate with the development department to deliver specifications about the integration points Guide clients on how to use/configure Procureship’s tools and recommend solutions to technical problems Be responsible of customer accounts – collect & analyze feedback from clients Implement operational tasks with maximum attention to detail After-sales support and training users onsite Gain in-depth knowledge of the product, the market, and the clients Demonstrate a pioneering spirit and a problem-solving mindset Benefits Friendly & collaborative work environment Attractive compensation package & other benefits Career growth opportunities Hybrid work model (after the initial training period of 6 months) Show more Show less
