As a trusted partner to boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and leading tourism organizations, Travelworks excels in delivering impactful strategies across social media management, email marketing, public relations, and creative design. Responsibilities Build and maintain solid and long-lasting client relationships Effectively collaborate with the agency’s in-house creative department, copywriters and social media team in the preparation and roll – out of strategic communication programs. Coordinate public relations activities. Ensure timely and successful delivery of PR & Marketing projects Design and roll out email marketing campaigns (copy, email templates, email lists). Report on email marketing campaigns and results. Track KPI’s, prepare and communicate monthly progress reports Requirements Excellent presentation skills Exceptional verbal & written communication skills Excellent eye for editing and proofreading Highly proficient with mail marketing platforms Highly proficient with social media Excellent time-management skills BA / MA degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism Show more Show less
