Job Description 1.Ensures Lead time at a minimum level to meet the STOD, both in the GHA, Sortation, and linehaul; 2.Control and continuously improve operational efficiency and Reduce operational costs; 3.Development of operational operating procedures and continuous optimization of processes; 4.Daily process audit/Backlog checking/truck status/inbound status and management assessment of partners, etc.; 5.Communication with headquarters PD/technical/ other related depts to optimize operating process and systems. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Customs, Warehouse Operations Management or Supply Chain equivalent. 2. Above 3 years Logistics experience with at least 1 years prior supervisory experience. 3. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. 4. Must be a team player, and be able to effectively work with cross functional groups. 5. The ability to fluently speak and write in both Mandarin Chinese and English Working 6. Proficiency in using ERP, WMS and other related systems. 7. Language Requirement: Chinese , English, Hungary is a plus; Cainiao Four Genes Long-term Commitment. Relentless Execution.
