Job Description Your task as an Execution Owner will be: Lead the Execution Team to implement concept design from Product team into local production or buyout suppliers, with support of purchasing, quality, logistic, and engineering expertise teams. Allocates and prioritize resources (HC and budget) to business needs Nominates team members to projects, serial support, cost saving, quality, promotions and ALR projects and postponement projects Industrialize all products in the region on-time, on-budget and on-quality Define and drive implementation strategy and efficiency (shorter duration, less HC/project, design maturity) Your task as an Expertise Owner will be: Lead the Test Center to the future Verification and Validation needs of system (product /HW &embedded SW) Supply reliable and appropriate data (test results) for customers in required time and quality Reduce testing through put time via strengthened usage of automatised tests including HALT (highly accelearted life tests) and doing the right tests to support the strategic goal to reduce project timelines and deliver systems into the market right from the beginning Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in engineering roles Hard Skills: Profound knowledge of technical, quality and cost aspects of Powertool products Project Management skills Budget Management(CC,MAE,PPC) Structured & systematic way Analytic, problem-solving stills Soft Skills: Creative thinking Entrepreneurial thinking and acting Decision making Work passionately in order to achieve the agreed targets Focusing on results Entrepreneurial thinking and acting Decision making Work passionately in order to achieve the agreed targets Focusing on results Additional Information What can you expect when you join our team?
