Content Moderation Job Description Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines and policies. Identify and address inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content, including text, images, and videos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve content moderation processes and guidelines. Monitor and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards. Shift work schedule at the office. Requirements And Skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make nuanced content moderation decisions. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to evolving content trends and online safety measures Understanding of online content guidelines and policies.
