Online Sales are growing rapidly, and the team is expanding quickly to meet the needs of consumers, and ambitions of the wider business. With this growth, we are looking at other routes to expand, one of which is the EPP. The EPP Manager will sit within the eStore team, which looks after Performance Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Ecommerce and will be responsible for the experience on the EPP aligned to the eStore strategy/vision. They will report into our Head of eStore, to drive the EPP strategy and experience for all our product divisions from Mobile products to Home products. What is the purpose of the role? eStore EPP Manager serve as a guardian of Samsung EPP sales on Samsung Romania and Bulgaria D2C channles. In his/her role is responsible for seting up short and long term sales and product strategy to sustainably grow and nurture Samsung EPP sales channels in line with HQ’s and EO’s directions. He/She needs to ensure that all weekly-, monthly-, quarterly and yearly sales and profit KPI targets are achieved for all EPP channels. For the continuous improvement of our EPP operation, role owner must track and analyse online market trends and key consumer behaviors in online field. Responsibilities Execute sales strategy by identifying Business customer needs and selling the appropriate products and services to be sold online on designated .com platforms Grow Online B2B business through multiple marketing & sales techniques and touch points, conducting in person meetings, and partnering with vendors or manufactures Maintain a targeted understanding of customers’ business showing the ability to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business through designated online channels Meet or exceed annual sales top line revenue and margin goals as defined by management Adhere to sales process including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting via internal tools Execute regular Business Review Reports to Sales/Project Manager which will focus on past performance and expectations of current quarter, analysis of pipeline, key wins, and personal improvement goals Develop partnership network with Companies on the market to drive attachment and retention towards brand portfolio long-term through tailor made online offer and promotional activities Close cooperation with eStore team in setting up KPIs and aligning promotional activities on all levels i.e. Sales, Logistics, Performance Marketing, Platform Development and Maintenance Create and maintain relevant product mix for all EPP sites Create a clear pricing strategy with relevant promotional plans and maintain prices in system for all EPP sites Report and analyse the competitors’ products, prices and marketing activities in relation of dedicated products, in order to enhance competitiveness Skills And Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in digital marketing/ecommerce. Proven record of planning, managing ecommerce websites, delivering successful updates & campaigns. Demonstrate strong attention to details Analytical with great problem-solving skills, delivering consumer-centric, data driven marketing activities at scale and speed. Outstanding communication & organisational skills enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders across our business as well as with external agencies. Demonstrable experience in managing Agency Partners, and ideally leading virtual teams/workstreams to deliver against a shared objective. What do we need for this role? We are looking for someone who is passionate about Consumers, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and Strategy, and who ideally has experience working for a ecommerce website, who understands all the dynamics at play in a fast moving environment. You will have demonstrable experience of having planned and executed large scale marketing campaigns to launch new products and offerings in a Digital environment. You will be able to clearly understand, implement and articulate Digital Strategy in a simple, engaging way – and excite internal stakeholders with continual improvements to our delivery with a customer-centric lens. We would like somebody that puts the customer at the centre of their analysis to derive the best form of communications with a strong focus on data-driven techniques and attention to detail. You will be a great team player with strong leadership qualities, high levels of commitment, aspiration and adaptability. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, and be able to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business. Key competencies should include: A university degree in Business, Marketing A minimum of three years’ experience working in an operational Ecommerce role and day to day management skills, with evidence of commercial success. Understanding of the Consumer Electronics / Technology consumer online experience. Demonstrable expertise of digital tools & techniques and developing creative solutions Proven project management / product owner skills – capable of delivering project plans, managing digital schedules across parallel projects Ability to effectively manage agencies and to work in large cross functional teams Experience with creating offers through online sales platforms and general understanding of communication funnels that drive results Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based approach. Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once Motivated to stay up to date with innovations in subject area and in general developments in the eCommerce sell out propositions Previously involved in sales projects for e-commerce businesses Show more Show less
