Right now, we are looking for a colleague to join our team, as an Electrician in the Administrative Center, Facility and Maintenance Department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that building electrical systems function efficiently, safely, and reliably to support day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure they meet safety and operational standards. Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment, including lighting systems, power outlets, and control panels. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national electrical codes and regulations. Adhere to workplace safety standards to prevent accidents or hazards. Maintain proper documentation of inspections, repairs, and installations. Plan and execute upgrades to existing electrical systems to improve efficiency or accommodate new equipment. Install energy-saving devices and recommend improvements to reduce energy consumption. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of electrical failures. Replace worn-out or faulty components to ensure uninterrupted operation. Respond to electrical emergencies, such as power outages or equipment failures, and resolve them promptly. Maintain backup power systems and ensure their functionality during outages. Requirements Medium level of understanding and speaking of English language, as we are a Chinese company. High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in electrical systems is preferred. Valid electrician license or certification as required by local regulations (ANRE certification is a plus). Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in building maintenance or construction. Familiarity with various electrical systems, including HVAC systems, lighting, and power distribution. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and safety protocols. Skilled in using electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Working Conditions: Work may involve exposure to heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions. May require lifting heavy objects and working with high-voltage equipment.
