What You Will Do This pivotal role is instrumental in supporting our global procurement efforts by leveraging data and analytics to forecast market movements and optimize procurement strategies. By joining our team, you will play a key role in the digital transformation journey of our supply chain operations, enhancing our capabilities in technology, data, and analytics. As a member of the Supply Chain Procurement, Center of Excellence team, this role will support the global Supply Chain Procurement organization in the data & analytics capabilities deployment of Market Movement Forecasting (MMF) reporting and analytics capabilities. Responsibilities Assist in the regular updates of market evolution and key drivers (once per month) Support daily activities of the team, including reconciliations, mapping issues fixes, users access rights…etc. Preparing user training materials and helping conduct user training. Develop an End-to-End understanding of the existing process, to ensure business continuity within the MMF team. Provide support and backup to the procurement organization with up-to-date forecast, calculations, and analytics. Evaluate and improve existing processes and create new ones when possible/needed. Design new models and analytical capabilities Ad-hoc modelling and analytics Prototype innovative solutions, interlink existing and potential datasets and models Collaborate with digital transformation office to transform successful prototypes into sustainable solutions Required Qualifications Master of Science / Bachelor degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology) is required Advanced Technical skills, we work with big and complex data sets and calculations. Minimal expectation is to be very strong in excel but preferred skills are (Alteryx, Knime, Powerquery and/or SQL [ability to read and modify basic scripts]). Experience with creation and maintenance of dataflows with multiple inputs and transformations within the flow. Analytical skills – extract as much value as possible from our models, forecasts and variance analysis. Ability to translate complex interlinked variables evolution into structured, simplified story.
