What You Will Do The External Manufacturing Quality and Compliance lead, Self Care is responsible for supervising daily quality assurance activities, conducting and tracking quality investigations, coordinating inspections, approving changes to documentation and processes, and performing other related functions as required. As the supervisor, you will train, plan, schedule, and assign work, appraise performance, and resolve problems in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities Lead and manage quality and compliance activities for external manufacturing in the Self Care division Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Provide guidance and support to external manufacturing partners to ensure product quality and compliance Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and deviations Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality and compliance awareness Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with global regulations Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Supervise and manage the daily activities of the quality assurance activities. Train, plan, schedule and assign work, appraise performance and resolve problems. Conduct and track quality investigations and process deviations and follow up to ensure corrective action has been taken. Investigate nonconformance’s as they pertain to the manufacturing and testing of company products. Report inspection findings to department and upper management in a timely fashion. Approve changes to documentation and processes. Monitor production deviations for trending purposes. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality and compliance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 6-8 years of related experience in quality and compliance in the manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and quality systems Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience in quality assurance and compliance. Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions. Experience in conducting quality investigations and implementing corrective actions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives Desired Qualifications Certifications in quality assurance and compliance are a plus.
