Your responsibilities Explore new opportunities: Proactively identify and champion opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve customer satisfaction. Lead the team: Manage a high-performing cross-functional team that executes a mix of business tasks, bug fixes, and technical projects, ensuring consistent operational flow. Manage the pipeline: Oversee and manage incoming product requests and keep the teamโ€™s backlog organized, helping the team deliver quick wins and larger projects effectively. Shape the vision and roadmap: Work closely with the Tribe Lead and Product Team to define and implement a clear product vision and roadmap. Optimize delivery: Work alongside the Delivery Lead and Tech Lead to ensure optimal resource allocation and effective capacity planning. Communicate with stakeholders: Keep stakeholders in the loop, providing regular updates and clear communication throughout each stage of the productโ€™s journey. Your experience Experience: At least 2 years as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of taking ideas from concept to completion, managing backlogs, and delivering results. Understanding of trends and best practices in e-commerce is a plus. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with customer experience processes. Strong technical background and understanding Agile development principles are plus. Data-driven decision making: Ability to analyze data and make smart, impactful decisions based on insights. Communication skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities to ensure alignment and transparency across departments. Innovative mindset: Ability to challenge the status quo and present creative solutions to complex challenges. Results-oriented: Demonstrated focus on achieving outcomes, not just following processes.
