Comprehensively manage assigned construction projects using technical knowledge and experience to develop the overall capabilities of the project team. Ensure that project delivery is in line with customer requirements in terms of schedule, budget, design and quality. Deliver feasibility studies from inception to project completion. Communicate regularly with the client to ensure client satisfaction and address escalations where necessary to ensure we stay on schedule. Maintain good relationships with existing client base and actively support business growth across a wide range of industries. Liaise with internal and external teams and authorities and serve as the main point of contact for all operational matters. Qualifications University degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, property management or similar. Experience in managing large and medium scale projects in construction, real estate or infrastructure. Solution and customer focused, always considering the impact on customers and business when making decisions. Persuasive and assertive team player with very good negotiation skills. Fluent in English and Czech. German would be an advantage. Willingness to travel regularly.
