This position reports to Team Leader Your role and responsibilities Now we are looking for a talent to strengthen the Marine and Ports department within EUOPC. As Service and Commissioning Team Leader you will join a dynamic and growing area! Job responsibilities: Managing and development of the Service & Commissioning team (up to 20 people) Coordination of man up on service and commissioning projects Support new collaboration build-up strategy for whole BL People management – motivation, development, trainings, health and safety Arrange seminars, experience sharing sessions, internal discussions Direct contact with internal customers Recruitment, evaluations of employees Qualifications For The Role We require from you: Marine background and orientation in shipbuilding University Degree (Diploma or MSc in Electrical Engineering or similar) Experience in similar role or longer experience as Senior/Lead Commissioning Engineer Open minded person with strong leadership skills Advanced English More about us We value people from different backgrounds.
