We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Store Design & Planning Project Manager to be based in Prague with responsibility for managing store opening projects from the design phase to the store opening, implementation, and execution of store budgets, planning and forecasting revamps, openings, upgrades and closures. Securing and maintaining Pandora concept standards across the Eastern European region. Main responsibilities: Complex coordination of Own&Operated retail chain of concept stores and shop-in-shops in Czech and Slovakia. Coordination and supervision of new openings, relocations, closures and refits. Supervision of franchise and distributors’ openings and refit projects of concept stores and shop-in-shops. Site visits – analysis and reporting of maintenance needs, selection of vendors and coordination of works. Investment and maintenance budgeting and execution. Coordination and supervision of maintenance works in Czech and Slovakia. Tendering and acquiring of new vendors and service companies in subsidiaries’ markets (architect, HVAC, security systems, transport, construction, electricity, maintenance). Analysis and revision of current contracts and service agreements. Participation and support in global projects at HQ office in Copenhagen. Regular contacts with distributors regarding current opening/closure plan and refits. Regular update of Project Space (global project platform) and roll-out in terms of forecasting and status of each project. Additional orders and claims for fixtures and furniture. Fixed assets registration for O&O stores in CZ and SK: current validation of OptiEst system. Regular communication with Accountancy on fixed assets, investments, invoicing Supporting other O&O markets in terms of fixed assets registration. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position in Design & Planning preferably in retail, fashion, beauty or FMCG with strong commercial mindset, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Project Management, Business, Consumer Insights or similar field, Fluency in English – verbally and written, Czech or Slovak will be an asset, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner, Flexibility and adaptiveness to changing priorities, High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Photoshop and AutoCAD Strong financial skills, Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
