Role Overview Toms Group is embarking on a transformative supply chain initiative, and we are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Transformation Director to lead this pivotal project. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the transfer of our production operations from Ballerup, Denmark, to our facility in Poland—a large-scale initiative expected to span 3–4 years. As the leader of the newly formed transformation program team, you’ll indirectly manage a team of project managers and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions and geographies. Your leadership will be critical in driving cultural change, achieving key milestones, and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities Lead the Transformation: Oversee the full production transfer while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational goals. Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate an indirect team comprising 1-2 direct reports and 7-8 project managers overseeing key project streams, with approximately 50 FTEs engaged. Strategic Advisor: Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership, providing expert guidance on change management and process improvements. Cultural Integration: Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organization during this transformative period. KPI Management: Define, monitor, and report on critical metrics to measure the project’s progress and success. Frequent Collaboration: Travel regularly between Denmark and Poland to ensure effective communication and alignment across teams. What We’re Looking For Experience & Expertise: 4+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a transformation leadership role. Experience with moving production internationally. Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams on an international scale. Experience in supply chain operations and consumer goods is a plus. Skills & Attributes: Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities. Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous. Knowledge of Polish is also a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments. Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
