It provides a platform for employees to handle various situations and react appropriately with the guidance of a qualified supervisor. Assignment Description: The assignment involves conducting group supervision sessions to assist the team in navigating difficult situations, ethical dilemmas, and psychologically demanding tasks. The primary objective is to provide support to employees in managing the emotions that arise in these scenarios. Target Audience: This supervision is for assistance officers and licensed personnel (e.g., nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists) working in the health, care, and welfare department at the government agency. Expected Outcome: Participants are expected to develop effective strategies for managing their daily work, including handling complex cases. Location/Remote Work Options: Ideally, the supervision sessions will be conducted at the provider’s premises in Malmö. If this is not feasible, the department’s premises can be utilized. Scope: Supervision will be conducted in groups, with each group receiving supervision every six weeks for two hours per session. The number of participants per group will vary slightly due to departmental conditions but will generally consist of approximately 10 participants per group. There will be a total of 15 groups. Each group will have supervision once every six weeks during February–May and September–December. Requirements Ability to start the assignment by February 2025. Must be able to perform the assignment on-site in Malmö. The provider must have knowledge of the agency’s mission. Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with assistance assessments. Documented experience with similar assignments.
