Starting with the role: Currently we are searching to hi re an Project Development & Licensing Eng ineer who will be responsible for conducting, overseeing and providing guidance on environmental and surveying analyses in compliance with regulatory requirements regarding licensing of energy projects and supporting the end-to-end licensing process of pro jects. During your day yo u will: Support the design of new Energy Projects, in t erms of:identification of environmental re gulationenvironmental and surveying planningidentification of forest land and other re gulationUndertake Environmental Impact Assessment studies and forest studies in the context of obtaining the corresponding licenses, including providing guidance on and review of relevant reports from external specialists (when app licable)Cooperate with authorities, landowners and internal and external technical experts, and supports the coordination of all related parties, in order to obtain environmental and local forest approvals and/or permits & licenses required for the development of energy projectsConduct site surveys including analyzing geographical data such as terrain features, land use patterns, and environmental factors to inform decision-making during the licensing processProvide surveying data and maps to support the preparation of license applications and regulatory sub missionsSupport the Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager in the end-to-end licensing process of a projectSupport the Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager to maintain accurate records related to licensing requirements as well as for any other required project docum entation What you need to s tand out: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or civil or electrical engineering or other relevant techn ical fieldMaster’s degree in a related field is consider ed a plus.At least 3 years of relative professional experience accompanied by a proven track-record of projects successfully developedStrong understanding of the development process of renewable energ y projectsEnvironmental Impact Studies evaluation knowledge and experienceFluency in English (verbal an d written)Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel and P ower Point Our Compass is th e #ACTION#A_ ut henticity# C_ ompassio n# T_eamwork #I _ntegrity #O _wnership#N_eve r giving up What giv e us energy:Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #actionContinuous learning to empow er our teamsCareer Development opportunities across the Mot or Oil GroupCompetitive compensa tion package *We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportun ity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
