About Us: We are a leading travel agency and Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Mykonos, specializing in bespoke tours, luxury experiences, and tailored travel services across Mykonos and Greece. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our inbound tourism business. Position Overview: Are you passionate about tourism and sales? Do you have a strong network in the travel industry? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to build partnerships with international travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to promote our unique travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract international clients and travel partners. Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. Promote and sell our packages, including walking tours, beach activities, and luxury experiences. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings. Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Provide exceptional client support and handle inquiries professionally. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Who You Are: Proven experience in sales within the tourism or hospitality industry. Strong network of travel agencies and partners. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
