While this is a volunteer position, your contributions will be acknowledged and celebrated on our website and social media channels! What You’ll Do: As a Social Media Volunteer, you’ll take on a variety of tasks to help us grow our online presence and connect with our audience. These include: Basic Tasks: Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and updates across platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook). Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to foster community interaction. Use HUMANNERA’s existing photo and video materials to craft visually appealing and informative content. Monitor social media analytics to measure engagement and performance of posts. Advanced Tasks: Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to promote HUMANNERA’s events and initiatives. Collaborate with the HUMANNERA team to align content with our organizational goals and branding guidelines. Research and implement best practices for increasing reach and engagement across platforms. Experiment with trends, hashtags, and new features on each platform to maximize impact. Create content calendars and plan content themes in advance to ensure a consistent online presence. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers or like-minded organizations. Volunteer Roles Available: HUMANNERA STAGE Volunteer – Focus on the promotion and outreach of the HUMANNERA STAGE 2025 conference and the exciting interactions between leaders and youth. You can see our environmental actions in our site www.zerohero.gr and our YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/@zeroherotheinitiative3136/videos HUMANNERA Initiatives Volunteer – Support all other HUMANNERA initiatives, with a special focus on our Youth Academy (https://humannera.org/youth-academy/ ) and the networking event of GREEN WOMAN The Movement. These are the new initiatives of our organization and will get developed in 2025. Time Commitment: We understand the importance of flexibility. We recommend committing 8-10 hours per week for this role. You can structure your hours to fit your schedule while meeting the goals of your volunteer role.
