Your Role: As the Sales & Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for: Strategic Account Management & Sales Growth : Managing and expanding client relationships, driving sales through cross-selling and up-selling, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Reservations & Service Excellence : Overseeing the entire reservations process, including changes, cancellations, and special requests, while ensuring seamless service delivery. Revenue Maximization : Collaborating with the management team to set pricing strategies and achieve revenue targets. Event Promotion : Representing the Amaronda Resort & Spa at social events and industry gatherings to promote our values. Sales & Marketing: Managing our presence and promoting our services through various channels to attract new customers and increase sales. Operational Excellence : Utilizing the company’s ERP system to track bookings and client interactions efficiently. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Business Administration , Tourism Studies , or Marketing (a Master’s degree will be an advantage). At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Travel Industry Fluency in English , both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Strong strategic thinking , excellent communication , and interpersonal skills . Adaptability in dynamic work environments and a strong team orientation.
