What You ‘ll Be Doing: Design, develop, implement and support projects and processes, according to the requirements of the company’s production operations and the products’ technical data package. Produce cost estimates. Prepare technical studies, reports and substantiated proposals. Investigate, evaluate and select required tools and equipment. Support of subcontractors. Technology Transfer and related training to manufacturing operators. New Product Introduction (NPI). Industrialization of Products (Productivity-Quality). Manufacturing areas Layout Studies. Work-Life Balance initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Required: Mechanical Engineering degree. More than 5 years relevant experience within an industrial environment. Excellent knowledge and use of the English language, both orally and verbally, with the ability to understand complex technical documents. Comfortable to facilitate effective communication across various levels (customers, operational unit, production areas, products development etc.). Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to understand & interpret Electro-Mechanical Drawings requirements. Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable). Car driving license. Ability to obtain security clearance from relevant authorities. Desired: A post-graduate degree within the scope of the role will be an asset. Previous experience in the defense sector will be considered as an additional qualification. Previous practical experience of an ERP, ideally SAP system is desirable.
