Job Summary The Senior Analyst & Reporting will play a pivotal role in analyzing, developing, and delivering actionable data across the organization. This role will focus on designing and automating reporting solutions, performing in-depth analyses, and ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable data. Reports to Chief Accountant. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Repor ting Develop, maintain, and automate, reports, and scorecards to support operational and strategic business decisions. Perform deep-dive analyses. Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting processes and outputs. Business Support Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as Sales & Marketing to identify reporting requirements and deliver solutions tailored to business needs. Data Management & Automation Build and optimize reporting processes using tools like Excel, other Microsoft programs and similar platforms. Automate manual reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors & timing Performance Metrics Define, analyze, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide recommendations for improvements based on data trends and business priorities. Process Improvement Continuously identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting processes. Lead initiatives to streamline and standardize reporting systems. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master degree will be considered a plus.3+ years of experience in business reporting, or analytics roles. Proficiency with reporting tools and data analysis tools (Excel, other Microsoft office tools). Knowledge of SAP (BPC), Blackline & Dynamics 365 is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Demonstrated experience in automating reports and dashboards. Solid understanding of business performance metrics and financial KPIs. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively. Knowledge of accounting (Greek GAAP, IFRS). Fluent in English written and verbal. Problem solving capabilities and capacity to challenge and influence financials discussions. Capacity of working under pressure and with tight deadline. Experience in Media field is a plus. We’re proud to be different and that starts with our people.
