Join our team and #be_part_of_tomorrow #AlphaBank #TheAlphaBlueprint #Tomorrow Job Description The Systems Operations Agent will be placed in the IT Infrastructure & Operations Business Area and will be responsible responsible for monitoring critical infrastructure, running trivial and scheduled tasks everyday. The position requires a shift working arrangement (24/7 shift schedule). What you will be doing Execute and monitor scheduled operation system flows of production/development systems. Monitor and control the operation of the mainframe hardware and software (start and stop system tasks, monitor the system consoles for unusual conditions and work with the system programming and production control staff to ensure the health and the normal operation of the systems). Supports the monitoring process of the Bank’s systems, checks for signs of malfunction and makes necessary adjustments required to keep everything running smoothly. Coordinates installations, upgrades and configurations of the Bank’s systems. Records and documents system events to identify problems and ensure those are addressed in a timely manner. Monitors systems to ensure there are no productivity set-backs and performs routine maintenance tasks. Keeps track of potential issues or bottlenecks and identifies possible solutions. Communicates with IT support to ensure setup process runs smoothly. Records system performance and communicates the results to Senior Operators to assess them and recommend improvements. What you need to have A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related discipline. English Language Skills (B2). Strong skills in communication and collaboration. Adequate skills in MS Office. At least 1 year of relevant experience. What will be considered an asset Good skills in scripting and system automation (PowerShell etc.). Soft skills: team spirit and adaptability to change. Ability to work well under pressure. High responsibility and confidentiality rate. What we offer It’s all about our people.
