Responsibilities As a SAP Business Analyst , you will join a team of SAP experts, playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between the company’s IT capabilities and business objectives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and processes, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your key duties will include: Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Analyzing and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement. Translating business requirements into functional specifications for SAP solutions. Researching and evaluating solutions to meet business needs. Liaising with IT teams to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions. Conducting user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, addressing any issues or risks. Continuously evaluating business processes and recommending optimization strategies.
