We are currently looking for a Multimedia Designer who will be part of our growing Creative team. The position requires a mix of creative and technical skills to lead the design of all digital marketing and web presence efforts, ensuring consistency and excellence across channels. Responsibilities: Adapt key visuals to fit various channels and platforms, ensuring cohesive brand representation. Design and produce online marketing materials, including social media posts, display banners, newsletters, and infographics, according to brand guidelines. Assist the Cinematographer and Marketing Team with post-production tasks, including motion graphics using After Effects. Design of social media campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing Team to deliver impactful visuals. Oversee all website content, maintaining its quality, relevance, and alignment with corporate objectives. Utilize tools like Figma for web design and HTML/CSS to implement visually compelling web experiences. Collaboration with Web Developers to ensure website graphics meet specifications Stay updated on digital design trends and incorporates innovative ideas into designs. Develop and maintain the asset library, organizing digital resources for streamlined access and usage. Requirements: Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Multimedia Designer or in a similar role, supported by an online portfolio. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or a related field. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma. Experience designing for social media, web platforms, and newsletters. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines. A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Strong Typography Skills Passion for digital design and eagerness to innovate within the field. Stay updated on digital design trends and industry-leading software and technologies Nice to Have Master’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field will be considered as an plus Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and ability to manage website content effectively. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a strong understanding of UX/UI principles. Experience mentoring junior team members.
