As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to help us build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team. Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible to maintain and monitor the inventory, the non moving stock, arrange delivery of orders, negotiate with transport companies, and monitor all incoming and outgoing supplies. This individual should have a strong background in Logistics, Imports/Exports, Order coordination, triangular sales and national & international transportation. The Role · Responsible for procuring and organizing 3PL services. · Ensures appropriate forwarding and support of the overall logistics process up to delivery of items on board. · Organizes the forwarding activities for the delivery of goods to our fleet. · Monitors inventories levels at all warehouses. · Selects, evaluates and monitors the performance of the 3PL services. · Ensures that all formalities are followed with all authorities for the smooth deliveries of the goods onboard. · Requirements: Fluency in English & Greek (Italian will be considered as plus) Notable experience in similar position BS/BA degree in Logistics or supply chain is considered an asset. Relationship building and active communication skills Ability to plan, execute and forecast action plans. Effective communicator & negotiator with 3PL partners.
