As a Senior Marketing Consultant at Generation Y, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the team of Digital Marketing Understand clients’ business goals and objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions. Coordinate the workflow and processes of Digital Marketing Dpt projects. Proactively provide up sale proposals to the team about clientele of the company 2. Account and Task Management: Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring that they are on time, on budget, and meet quality standards. Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive performance and deliver results. Collaborate with the creative and business consultantsโ team to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. Oversee the delivery and execution of tasks planned. 3. Market Research and Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges for clients. 4. New Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and secure new business. Collaborate with the business development team to pitch and win new client. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Proven experience of 5-7 years in account management, preferably in an advertising agency. Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for campaign management and reporting.
