We are hiring! FULL TIME SITE CIVIL ENGINEER – THESSALONIKI Qualified Site Civil Engineers for full time job to join us! The ideal candidates should have effective management and team leadership skills, strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, a flexible mentality, and experience managing all stages of a project construction. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Civil Engineer, experience in the field of Hotel Constructions and be able to work in Greece. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a civil works & renovation project and the everyday schedule of activities Prepare reports/ legal documents on works required for the property Assess potential risks, materials, and costs Ensure works are performed on time, while maintaining high-quality levels Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and safety guidelines Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required Requirements: University Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline At least 5 years of proven professional experience in site supervision, preferably in similar projects Advanced MS Office knowledge and familiarity with drawing tools Ability to work well under pressure Flexibility and mobility Team leader spirit and advanced managerial skills Excellent planning and organizational skills Attention to detail Time management skills Excellent communication skills, in Greek and English, both written and spoken Show more Show less
