Job Description Role In the role of Sales Assistant at San Siro store, you are expected to give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience to both Ac Milan and Fc Internazionale fans, to maintain high standards and housekeeping in the store and to represent both the company (Fanatics International) and the partner brands in the best way possible. The Sales assistant will work a full time schedule including days, nights and weekends as required by matches and sport events calendar. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards Maintain a fully stocked store Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments Till use and cash handling Shirt printing Day to day tasks and housekeeping Knowledge /Requirements Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given Passion for football and sport is a must Outgoing and friendly attitude Flexibility on working hours is essential as week end, national holidays and nights Good English level Being car owner The job duties list is not exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope /level of the role.Tryouts are open at Fanatics!
