Reference 24000T9R Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A ., one of the main players in the Securities Services’ industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies). Mission: This is a fixed-term position available until the end November 2025. To be successful in this role, you will need to be clients oriented, to strongly pursue clients’ satisfaction, being the quality and the efficiency of the services delivered by SGSS S.p.A. Additionally, an operational flexibility is required and after adequate training, you will be able to oversee multiple transversal processes within the office DVP Settlement. Ultimately, you need to be confident to work in an environment with a particular focus on priority, guidelines, and internal policy. Tasks and responsibilities: Be in charge on post-trade processing of securities transactions in local and foreign markets. Ensure the settlement of the post-trade transactions, by monitoring internal platforms and market tools Monitor the pending transactions and manage settlement issues with clients Back Office and Middle Office Foster and monitor the compliance with the external and internal guidelines and rules as well as the respect of the matrix for operational risks Have a proactive and analytical behavior to identify breaches in the process and to find out the necessary related improvements and/or actions Required Profile required Studies & experience: Bachelor’s degree Economics/Social studies/Legal/Engineering Financial Industry background Language skills: Italian: C2 English: B2 Technical, operational & Soft skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Empowerment and Accountability Orientation to multiple goals Cooperation Result orientation Collective Mindset Team Spirit Why join us In a highly competitive and fragmented financial market, our ambition is to be the reference partner recognized for its service quality and competitiveness, its agile solutions and international network coverage.
