We are looking for a results driven and energetic Worldwide Wholesale & Contract Manager Homewar e who will oversee and expand the Company’s wholesale and Contract sales for the homeware market, WW level. This role requires a deep understanding of the homeware industry, market dynamics, contract management, and B2B sales strategies. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing key client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new market opportunities globall y. Key Responsibiliti es: Sales & Business Develop mentDevelop and execute global wholesale and contract sales strateg ies.Identify and establish relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts in international mark ets. Client Manag ementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and part ners.Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreem ents.Provide exceptional post-sales support and ser vice. Market Analysis & St rategyAnalyze sales data and market conditions to adjust sales strat egies.Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market needs. Contract Market Ex pertiseUnderstand the specific dynamics of the Contract market including procurement cycles, industry standards and project-bad sales;Lead complex negotiations with large Clients/Groups ensuring custom solutions and long-term partne rships.Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver tailored homeware sol utions.Set sales targets, monitor performance and provide regular r eports. Operational & Contract Ma nagementOversee the Contract lifecycle from drafting to ex ecution.Ensure compliance with legal, commercial and industry regu lations.Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue fore casting. Main requi rements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. An MBA i s a plus;Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in international wholesale and contract sales within a homeware brand, in the fashion/luxury market is a plus; we will take in consideration only candidates with Homeware ex perience.Proven track record in growing market share and driving revenu e growth.Strong negotiation and contract managemen t skills.In-depth knowledge of homeware products, market dynamics, and contract sales channels.Direct experience in managing contract sales and understanding project-based business models, WW level.Excellent leadership, communication, proactive and interpersona l skills;Availability to travel internationally is m andatory.Italian and Englis h fluent.
