Our client is a leading European developer/IPP specialising in clean energy assets, with a strong track record in delivering innovative renewable energy solutions across Europe. The EPC Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of large-scale ground-mount solar PV projects and onshore wind projects throughout Italy. Based in Milan, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing the construction phases of renewable energy projects, working closely with a team of experienced professionals, contractors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing the construction of solar PV and onshore wind projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Support the management of EPC contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project execution. Review technical designs, assess risks, and ensure quality standards are met during project implementation. Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports, and ensure all regulatory and contractual documentation is up-to-date. Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and best practices on all project sites. Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and support in managing financial performance against the agreed budget. Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sector. Familiarity with solar PV and/or onshore wind technologies and their construction processes. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in Italian and proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Italian regulatory and permitting processes for renewable energy projects is a plus. Show more Show less
