Role Overview As an Associate in our company, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic initiatives focused on customer service operations and sales. Reporting directly to the Engagement Manager, you will work closely with them to assist in the management and execution of key projects. While your responsibilities will include client-facing activities, you will primarily be responsible for specific project tasks and deliverables, taking a portion of the project responsibility. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a client-facing role and contribute to the success of our client engagements. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Support: Assist the Engagement Manager in managing and executing end-to-end projects focused on improving customer service operations and sales effectiveness. This includes supporting project planning, conducting research, data analysis, and assisting in the development of recommendations and solutions 2 . Client Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather data, and support the delivery of project updates and recommendations. Collaborate with the Engagement Manager in “filling the room”; during client meetings, presentations, and workshops 3. Data Analysis : Perform data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making. Collaborate with the Project Leader to develop robust Excel models and visualize data for effective communication 4. Deliverable Creation : Contribute to the creation of high-quality deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and reports. Ensure that all deliverables adhere to the company’s standards and effectively communicate key findings and recommendations 5. Research and Knowledge Development : Stay updated on industry trends, customer operations practices, and emerging technologies. Conduct research and contribute to the development of intellectual property and knowledge resources for the company 6. Collaborative Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with the project team members, providing support, sharing insights, and leveraging each other’s expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in consultancy or a similar client-facing role, with exposure to customer service operations and sales. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and modeling using Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members. Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and delivering impactful client-facing communication. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables concurrently. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Knowledge of customer operations best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies is a plus. Fluency in English and additional language skills are desirable.
