DEREC Consulting is an Engineering Company that supports its customers in the definition of requirements and technical specifications for their projects of the energy transition with focus on: – Energy/Power demand analysis – Electrical integration of different type of plants (MV substations, Renewable energy systems (RES), Battery Energy Storage systems (BESS) & UPS, Green Hydrogen production (H2), Energy Management and microgrid (EMS), Electrical Vehicle charging systems (EV systems) – Power Converters Design – Harmonic studies and filter design – Mechanical design Our company is looking for one Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Milan office with +3 years of experience The candidate we are looking for: Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, electrical machines and power electronics, MS Office, autocad, electrical design software ( EPLAN mandatory requiremen t) Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Automation field Fluent Italian and English Available to travel to Client’s headquarters Attitude to schematize and experiences in managing kick-off/pre-inspection meetings, Factory/Site Acceptance Tests, commissioning and start-up activities. Motivation and interest in exploring technical aspects in depth Goal oriented. Ability to work to tight deadlines The main responsibilities and targets are: § Verification of documentation and technical requirements provided by the Client § Design of MV substation, LV plant, DC grids, control and measurement systems § Preparation of documentation such as single line diagram (SLD), P&I, instrument list and datasheet, diagram, cable list, logics, E&I specifications, plant calculations (sizing, load, equipment), Load list, Schematics, functional and interlock diagrams., loop diagrams, … § Develop drawings for control panels, power distribution, junction boxes, … (general layout, internal layout, wiring diagrams and interconnections) § Develop data sheets and connection drawings for all instruments and valves (temperature, level, flow, and pressure transmitters, control valves, positioners, analytical instruments, and other types of instrumentation) § Develop PLC and DCS control system architecture (control narrative, logic diagram.) § Review of documentation produced by subcontractors (electrical documentation including electrical, instrumentation, automation schematics) § Alignment and technical verification of subcontractor offers Show more Show less
