As an Operations Tech Specialist (Acquiring Tech Support), you will get a unique opportunity to be part of the Acquiring Specialists Level 2 support team, which plays an integral role in supporting Worldline’s customers/merchants and partners. Day-to-Day Responsibilities You Investigate and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues with precision. Generate insightful data reports, analyze log files, and troubleshoot technical problems. Support our products, systems and solutions. Drive continuous improvement in our operations, collaborating across multiple teams to enhance efficiency with customer satisfaction in mind. Take full ownership of your initiatives, seeing them through from conception to delivery. Technically savvy with strong customer-focus and business acumen. What You Bring Exceptional problem-solving, creative-thinking, and analytical skills. Skilled in databases and SQL with knowledge and understanding of Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel with experience using PowerQuery. Experience in programming and working with technical products/environments. A proactive approach with strong initiative, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure settings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Bonus Points For Experience in the payment industry or regulated businesses. Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Confluence and JIRA.
