We are looking for a Danish speaking Technical Supporter. As a Technical Supporter are you responsible for delivering technical assistance to the users of our software in all phases from planning and construction to renovation and maintenance. With your knowledge of digital tools and your understanding of the construction industry you will help contractors, building owners, architechs, engineers, project managers, and BIM managers in their use of our different tools and features. We have +1.000.000 users in Europe and offices in 24 different countries so an additional language is an advantage. Among a team of 12 skilled colleagues your main responsibilities will be to: Get a deep understanding of our products and keep learning along the way (we have around 10 releases of new features every year) Help customers with everyday questions – from the simplest to the most complex ones – both by e-mail and on the phone. Support our consultants in their constant learning of our many great features. Report bugs to our development team and keep our users updated. Assist in writing and updating client-facing knowledge base content. How can I be considered for this role? We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education, or previous experience with digital tools for the construction industry. Experience from the construction site or knowledge of the construction process is a big plus. As you primarily focus on solving issue on a technical matter experience with or big interest in software for construction is important. Perhaps you have already worked with BIM, Revit or similar. Our new colleague is also someone that thrives in an analytical role always acting service-minded, with patience and good listening skills.
