Strategic Responsibilities With Global Impact As Development Manager, you will define and execute our Sales Operation Models, working closely with senior management to roll out initiatives across divisions and local markets. More specifically, you will: Drive strategic sales excellence initiatives in close collaboration with senior management across vertical industries and divisions Implement value-based selling tools and customer management frameworks, ensuring company-wide adoption Enhance efficiency through improved sales systems, tools, and methodologies Conduct change management when you facilitate the rollout of our sales operating model, embedding best practices across teams Ensure sales enablement and optimised capabilities through developing and training programs for commercial teams Build strong relationships with global and local leadership to ensure alignment and adoption of initiatives Sales Excellence Experience And Strong Stakeholder Management Skills You are a proactive and strategic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You are skilled at managing complex change processes, communicating, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels – from executive management to support teams.
