Hyde Engineering + Consulting is a global design and consulting organization providing process system design, commissioning and validation, FDA compliance, and state-of-the-art cleaning technologies to pharmaceutical, bioprocess and other regulated process industries for two decades. We are currently recruiting for support for a project near Copenhagen, Denmark, leading the team to commission, IQ and OQ of 6 CIP skids in the drug substance building. Time period – July 2024 to March 2025 (12 months) on site. Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical expert in CIP systems, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams during CIP field testing phase Develop and implement strategies for the commissioning and qualification of Clean-in-Place systems in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams to develop CIP protocols, procedures, and documentation Perform or oversee commissioning and qualification activities Lead or participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis related to CIP processes and equipment Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout CIP operations Issue daily / weekly activity plan Making technical assessments and proposing solutions on the shakedown issues Review executed protocols / discrepancies Manage / asbuild parameter spreadsheet & P&IDs Train and mentor personnel on CIP-related procedures, best practices, and compliance standards Understanding of general biopharmaceutical processes. Experience and Technical skills Strong understanding of process equipment, automation, and instrumentation associated with CIP systems Proven track record in leading and executing CIP qualification projects from conception to completion Experience in performing sprayball coverage testing. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
