The Team The Occlutech Finance team is mainly situated in Helsingborg and handle all companies worldwide. We operate in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS, Company Policies and procedures, ICFR and regulatory requirements, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely consolidated financial figures. The Finance team is a high performing, dedicated group that comes from different parts of the world. Your work will focus on As our Head of Group Accounting, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks, including: Responsible for ensuring timely and correctly consolidated financial figures according to IFRS Minimize tax exposure through adherence to the adopted transfer pricing policy and ensure cost-efficient tax strategies Monitor compliance to policies and internal control Develop and maintain efficient financial processes in cooperation with the Finance department Operational support for investments and various business cases Coach and lead 4 direct reports, and a total of 11 employees. You will report to our Chief Financial Officer. We are looking for a candidate, who Is a non-prestigious, dynamic and confident person who thrives in an international, expansive environment. You have the ability to build strong relationships and communicate professionally with various stakeholders. You understand corporate governance, challenge substantive issues and take your place as an economist. To be successful in the role, you: Preferably hold a master’s degree in finance and business administration Has at least 7 years of experience working in multinational businesses with group accounting Has experience from audit firm (meritorious) Are an experienced leader with result-, budget, and personnel responsibility Have strong competence in group consolidation and IFRS Is native in the Swedish language with strong oral and written skills in English Holds strong analytical skills with hands on approach Has experience from working in consolidation systems including maintenance and development thereof Has experience from listed companies and/or private equity owners (meritorious) Has experience from working in SAP and/or AARO (meritorious) Why Join Occlutech?
