We’re looking for a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Specialist to lead implementation projects across our Contract Logistics sites in Sweden. Join us in transforming logistics processes and delivering cutting-edge solutions that set new standards for efficiency and innovation. Your Role As part of a close-knit team of six, reporting to the National Contract Logistics Information Systems Manager, you’ll take charge of implementing WMS solutions at our key sites in Norrköping, Eskilstuna, Jönköping, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Umeå. Your expertise will drive seamless transitions to tailored WMS environments, ensuring each warehouse operates at peak performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work directly with our customers to deliver solutions that really matter. Your Responsibilities Lead WMS Implementation Projects: Oversee every stage of the process, from solutions design to go-live, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Design Tailored Solutions: Configure systems and integrations according to each operation’s unique needs. Test and Verify: Conduct rigorous system testing to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Integrate with Automation: Connect WMS solutions with warehouse automation. Provide Go-Live Support: Ensure flawless rollouts and assist in stabilizing new systems. Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by refining processes and enhancing systems to deliver the best results. Your Skills And Experiences Proven experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (experience with SwiftLOG or Blue Yonder is a plus). A degree in engineering and a passion for IT and supply chain processes. In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, paired with analytical and problem-solving prowess. Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish proficiency is a strong advantage). Calm under pressure, proactive in finding solutions, and always a team player.
