For our client, a global leader in the background-checking industry and one of very few companies worldwide with proprietary software solutions—we are seeking an Experienced Automated QA Engineer for a permanent position in Vilnius. Requirements: 6+ Years of Experience in Quality / Test engineering. Minimum bachelor’s degree. Strong experience in automation testing using Selenium, Cucumber or any other tools. Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, XLR). Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes. Experience in writing concise and comprehensive test plans. Accountabilities: Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to efficiently validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications. Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements, design test plans, and create test cases for new features and enhancements. Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and report defects. Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Conduct API and UI tests to ensure software functionality and user experience. Identify and document the defects thoroughly. Track quality assurance metrics. Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues. Perform regression testing to ensure the quality of software updates. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes. Offer: Fulltime permanent cooperation based on a contract of employment. Salary up to 4000 EUR gross. Remote work initially and might be converted to an on-site work in the near future. The position is open right away. The position is addressed to residents of Lithuania or Blue Card holders, but you need to be located already in Lithuania. The client does not support relocation at this point of time.
