Location : Košice, Slovakia Gross Salary : From 3500 € per month About the Company : Uniconn Technology Slovakia s.r.o. is a subsidiary of Uniconn Group, a leading provider of electrical connection components in the automotive industry. Our main product, the Cells Contact System, is used for the battery storage systems of electric cars. We are starting an exciting journey to full-scale production at our new greenfield plant in Košice, Slovakia. Our mission is to deliver high-quality automotive components that exceed industry standards and delight our customers. About the Role Key Responsibilities： ● Operational Leadership : Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety, reporting directly to Plant Director. ● Production Planning : Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and achieve production targets. ● Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. ● Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. ● Equipment Management : Manage manufacturing resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to optimize production efficiency. ● Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Qualifications : ● Industry Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry. ● Role Experience : At least 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Manager or similar leadership role. ● Educational Background : Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. ● Language Skills : Working knowledge of English and Slovak language.
