We are seeking a dynamic L2 Support Specialist to join our team. Position Overview As an L2 Support Specialist, you will deliver onsite Level 2 support at a state-of-the-art car manufacturing facility. Your primary focus will be managing hardware and software issues for critical factory equipment while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary support teams. What We’re Looking For Languages : Proficiency in Slovak (native) and English. Experience : 1-5 years in IT support, with 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience. Certifications : ITIL knowledge is a plus. Technical Expertise : Basic understanding of Server OS (Linux, Windows, OpenVMS optional). Strong experience with Windows 7/10 and Active Directory. Familiarity with LAN/Wi-Fi networks, antivirus deployment, patch management, and monitoring tools like ZABBIX. Hands-on with hardware, from desktops and laptops to printers and handheld devices. Experience with tools like ServiceNow , MDT, WSUS, and scripting tools like PowerShell. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on production equipment. Deploy OS images and patches, ensuring adherence to security protocols. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage spare part stock for timely replacements. Collaborate with 3rd-party suppliers and internal application support teams to resolve complex challenges. Create and refine Knowledge Base articles, fostering continuous improvement. Soft Skills Required Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Adaptability to shift rotations and weekend work, if needed.
