About The Position We are looking for a Process Launch leader to join the Process Launch management dpt. in Electronics division team, reporting directly to the Process Launch Manager. This position is based at our office in Kechnec Slovakia. As the PLL at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate, coordinate and ensure the achievement of objectives for his/her Function in accordance with the Project Manager. Your Responsibilities Will Be scheduling of activities and management of the involved resources implementing the best technical/functional solutions optimizing quality, costs, and timing impacts Ensure Manufacturing Plant Function contributions in the project in accordance with Project Manager Plan project technical activities and staffing Coordinate the Manufacturing Team activities and resources involved in the project (New Product Simultaneous Engineering, Industrialization and Launch Team) Satisfy Customer requirements and specifications Ensure compliance with internal norms, procedures and Function guidelines Guarantee achievement of objectives in terms of quality, cost and delivery Ensure specific manufacturing key deliverables are implemented to obtain approval of the defined project gates Track and submit reports on project progress What Qualifications You Will Bring Automotive experience – 5 years of experience on similar position English language word and written on advanced level, another language is advantage (Italian, French, German) Knowledge of basic automotive tools and standards (PFC, PFMEA, CP, VSM, DFA etc.) Good technical understanding, planning and analytical skills Ability to translate business needs into strategic actions Ability to enter and solve conflictual situations Other Skills That We Would Welcome High willingness to make/drive decisions Dynamic and continuously looking for improvements High accountability (externally and internally) Strict, precise, responsibility, stress resistant, flexibility Strong sense for leading people and independence Effective communication tools Strong interest in teamwork Strong organisation sense, planning and control Interest to work on new project, continuous improvement in cooperation with production team Ability of traveling abroad (Europe, America, China) Strong interest and ability to train people Strong logic thinking Expectations From You In This Position Lead the Plant Manufacturing Team in the definition, the implementation and the monitoring of Product Change Industrialization and Launch Activities Plan Respecting the assigned Customer Milestones Support Plant Teams in Product/Process Continuous Improvement activities during Mass Production phase Support the BU Process Launch Managers in the continuous Monitoring of New Product Industrialization and Launch Activities Ensure Shipment Judgement Meeting through key control items targets achievement for the delivery to Customer of scheduled batches Obsolescence / scrap due to product modification within planned target Reimbursement in case of obsolete parts generated by on-going product change.
