Job description: Take the lead for the worldwide capacity and investment planning + monthly tracking of investment spent Drive capacity planning and investment process of all Chassis Technology-plants for finish goods and intercompany parts – regarding full usage of existing capacity to avoid new investment Establish capacity sheets of each production line and subassemblies for each planning period SPxx/OPxx Organizing the new CAPEX sheets of all plants + specific functions (R&D and Purchasing) for each planning period SPxx/OPxx Review the sales planning regarding product hierarchy (technologies), locations and assure the link to the ME-roadmap in both directions Support the stratigic footprint with Portfolio Management and ME-roadmap Support QR, transfer and localization projects with capacity analysis Make training of capacity planning process and the usage CAPEX template worldwide Support of IEC (MEC) for RFI/RFQ process for business win and take information into the investment planning Profile description: Specific experience of multiply years in Industrial-/Manufacturing Engineering in shock absorber business Experience of leading an interdisciplinary worldwide project team University degree in mechanical engineering or similar, Communication skills, flexibility as well as good presentation Business German and English skills We offer: an interesting remuneration system with a wide range of financial benefits surcharge for transportation 13th salary 14th salary loyalty bonus job jubilee bonus DDS up to 6% of the employer’s contribution additional extra fees superior medical examinations significant staff subsidy professional training (also abroad) account of working time offer of holiday stays for employees Monthly salary from 2 802 € (including basic salary* and bonuses) The possibility of offering a higher salary for this position depends on the candidate’s qualifications and experience * of which the basic component of the monthly salary according to §62 ods. 2 Zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o službách zamestnanosti v znení neskorších predpisov from: 2 191 € Show more Show less
