Ensure full functionality of the SAP logistics module PP, MM, IM and WM Processing of SAP requests from the local Key-Users worldwide (ticket and phone) Support and consulting of Key-Users when implementing new business processes Taking care of little customizing changes within the scope of daily business support (pre-defined changes) Recognition of training requirements as well as planning and execution of workshops / trainings for Key-Users and End-Users Creation and optimization of training documentation User management (creation of new users and update of its parameters) Autonomous testing of changes in the scope of release updates or process changes Organization and responsibility for SAP emergency hotline during public holidays Providing support in for certain reporting requirements by evaluating existing programs. In exceptional cases, independent creation of minor special queries by using the Data Browser or Quick-Viewer Business degree with further education in the area of logistics or economics Very good command of German and English skills (spoken and written) Multiple years of experience as Key-User in the area of: Production (PP) Material Management / Purchasing (MM) Warehouse management (IM/WM) Supplier Webshop OCI/EDI – advantage Project module (PS) – advantage Variant configuration (VC) – advantage Basic Knowledge in Customizing – advantage Experience in dealing with international customers and working in international teams Capacity for teamwork and strong communication skills Strong customer orientation The way we work Hybrid working model – home office up to 60% a week (based on the agreement with your team lead).
